All returned parts must have our marking in blue, pink, red, green, yellow, or white color.

Return policy
To be eligible for a return, the item must have our official marking, be undamaged, and remain in the same condition as when it was sent. Warranty applies only to parts that have not been opened or disassembled. We only accept parts that clearly display our identification marks. All returned items will be carefully inspected upon arrival.If a returned part is found to be without our marking, damaged, or altered in any way, the return will not be accepted, and no refund or replacement will be issued.

Retrun Process

Please ensure that the item is properly packaged to avoid damage during transport. We recommend keeping your proof of shipment until the return process is completed. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not cover postage or courier fees for returned items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
